Artwork
Once we receive your order, artwork is created with the information you provided. This artwork is either faxed or emailed to you for your approval. Before approving the artwork, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided on the label is accurate. Once the job moves to the film stage, any changes to artwork will incur additional cost.
Production
Once the artwork is approved by customer it is then scheduled for production. Film and plates are made and the job is typically scheduled for printing within three days (sometimes material delivery backup can delay production). Once labels are printed they MUST be allowed to dry overnight before they can be cut, boxed and shipped.
All orders are shipped via FedEx unless otherwise requested. We can ship using a customer’s UPS, FedEx or DHL account number.
We accept Visa / MasterCard / American Express. Customers can open a credit account to obtain 30 day payment terms.
